Internet Outpost has been providing travellers with internet access, cheap international phone calls and tour information around Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia since 1998. The company is considered one of the pioneers of the “Internet Café” industry and provided the very first public internet terminals in Cairns, Australia. Now in 2005 the company operates additional retail stores in Darwin, Broome, Alice Springs, and Byron Bay in Australia; Queenstown, Kaikoura, and Taupo in New Zealand as well as Kuta Beach in Bali, Indonesia.

Internet Outpost’s Retail locations provide travellers with a range of computer, telephone, digital camera and travel related services in a comfortable, convenient location. Our stores have between 20 and 40 terminals and are all backed with the largest Broadband Internet Connection available in each area.

In 2000, Internet Outpost began providing Public Internet Access “Satellite’s” in Hostels and Restaurants in Australia and New Zealand. In these locations we provide between 2 and 10 computers with a convenient Pre-Paid card system. See below for a complete list of our locations.
